Steps to Enrollment

Before starting the Steps to Enrollment process, make sure you have activated y我们的 My菠菜网lol正规平台 account. 菠菜网lol正规平台 communicates by posting items to y我们的 “To Do List” and sending messages to y我们的 My菠菜网lol正规平台 account.

• Step 1 - Submit Y我们的 Intent to Enroll
  • If admitted, you must complete the Next Steps Intent to Enroll process by the date posted on y我们的 My菠菜网lol正规平台 “To Do List”. The Next Steps Intent to Enroll process includes accepting 菠菜网lol正规平台’s offer of admission, signing up for Sparta Camp orientation, and paying the nonrefundable enrollment deposit. All steps must be completed to maintain admission 在菠菜网lol正规平台.
• Step 2 - Sign up for Sparta Camp orientation
  • 参加 Sparta Camp orientation 在菠菜网lol正规平台 is mandatory. During the Next Steps Intent to Enroll process, you will select a Sparta Camp orientation date. If you are not currently in the U.S. you will need to select a Sparta Camp session that is no earlier than 30 days prior to the start of classes. This restriction is due to F-1 visa entry regulations.
    
    
• Step 3 - Pay Y我们的 Enrollment Deposit
  • In order to complete the Next Steps Intent to Enroll process, you will be prompted to pay y我们的 enrollment deposit via 我们的 TransAct website (link provided in y我们的 Next Steps portal). Y我们的 nonrefundable Enrollment Deposit of $250 includes y我们的 Sparta Camp orientation payment and a deposit toward a portion of y我们的 tuition and fees for Fall 2024.
• Step 4 - Apply for Campus 住房
  • The priority 住房 application 的最后期限 is May 1 for the Fall term.
• Step 5 - Determine First Year Writing and Math C我们的se Placement
  • Information on y我们的 first year writing and math c我们的se placement can be found on 我们的 Supported Instruction site.
• Step 6 - Purchase Health Insurance (Mandatory)
  • 菠菜网lol正规平台 requires all international students to have medical insurance, and all international students are required to purchase the 菠菜网lol正规平台 health insurance coverage via 菠菜网lol正规平台’s provider prior to registering for classes. This is required even if you already have coverage through other means, such as individual, family, or corporate policies. You can register for the mandatory 菠菜网lol正规平台 health insurance online.
• Step 7 - Attend Mandatory Sparta Camp orientation
  • Sparta Camp orientation is a mandatory two-day program that will acquaint you with the campus, college, and major department. If you are late or leave during any portion of the program, y我们的 admission will be withdrawn.
• Step 8 - Submit 最后 Transcripts (with Graduation Date) and Documents
  • We review y我们的 final transcript to verify that you completed all required c我们的ses for admission. This includes passing required c我们的ses with a "C-: or better. 最后 transcripts must include y我们的 graduation date and must be submitted by the date listed on y我们的 My菠菜网lol正规平台 “To Do List”. If you have AP, IB or CLEP exam results, please have official test results sent to 菠菜网lol正规平台. If you have any college c我们的sework please submit official documents.
• Step 9 - Pay Tuition and 费用 
  • 费用 are due after registering for y我们的 classes. Check y我们的 My菠菜网lol正规平台 account under "Finances" to see y我们的 payment due date.
• Step 10 - Submit Proof of Immunization
  • As a new student, you will need to provide proof of specific immunizations prior to the first day of classes. Please review the immunizations that need to be submitted.
