Announcing New Senior Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management

I am pleased to announce that Andrew Wright will be joining San José State University as the new Senior Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management (EM) starting July 8, 2024. Until that time, I will continue direct oversight of our EM team. As you may be aware, Mr. Wright was a candidate who visited campus as part of the search that closed in mid-fall 2023 and he was still available and very interested in the position!

Andrew brings a wealth of expertise from both public and private sectors, including esteemed institutions such as Cal State Long Beach and Cal State Fullerton, Andrew has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in orchestrating the strategic planning and execution of enrollment initiatives for diverse student populations. With a distinguished tenure spanning over 19 years in higher education, Andrew has demonstrated unwavering dedication to his students while adhering to system-wide, state, and federal regulations 规管政策及程序. 在他的职业生涯中，安德鲁始终如一 exceeded enrollment targets while leading a dynamic team and managing a substantial fiscal portfolio.
