工作分配

The President (or their designee) may temporarily assign an employee to a position in a higher classification or may temporarily reclassify an employee for the performance of duties in a higher classification. The President (or their designee) may temporarily elevate an employee’s skill level through a temporary in-class progression for the performance of duties at a higher skill level in the same or a different position. 一个员工 shall be provided with written notice of such a temporary assignment of duties of another classification or temporary in class progression at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.

Only an Appropriate Administrator may request a temporary or permanent reassignment.

To request a temporary reassignment submit the following to onboarding@philboardport.com:

  • 已签署的员工简介
  • 职位描述
  • 生效日期/结束日期
  • 工作安排
  • Salary requested for temporary reassignment

永久的重新分配

员工 may be permanently reassigned to another position in the same classification and skill level as the employee’s existing classification and skill level. 一个员工 shall be provided written notice of permanent reassignment to another position prior to the effective date of such a reassignment.

To request a permanent reassignment, submit the Request to Process 分类 and/or 补偿 Transactions form 还有:
